Pricing and Booking Disclosure

What prices cover. Displayed or quoted prices may cover planning, accommodation arrangement, transport coordination, or other listed travel services only. Festival tickets, entry passes, visas, insurance, local taxes, baggage fees, and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Price variability. Prices may change based on travel dates, occupancy, availability, supplier rates, exchange movements, route choice, and requested service level. Any final payable amount will be confirmed before booking is completed.

Optional services. Excursions, upgrades, transfers, and add-on activities are priced separately unless a package description clearly says they are included.

Deposits and balance. Some bookings require a deposit to secure availability. The remaining balance, payment deadline, accepted payment method, and any supplier prepayment requirement will be communicated before confirmation.

Supplier conditions. Accommodation providers, transport providers, event organizers, and other suppliers may apply their own availability, change, name-correction, check-in, and cancellation rules. Those conditions should be reviewed before payment.

Cancellation and refunds. Refund eligibility depends on the booked service, timing of cancellation, non-refundable supplier charges, and any stated administrative fee. If a booking includes separate suppliers, refund outcomes may differ by component.

Accuracy of offers. Availability, quoted rates, and service details are subject to change until confirmed. Any material limitation or exclusion should be disclosed on the relevant service page or in pre-booking communications.

Legal basis. These disclosures are provided in line with Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce)" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-ВР of 15.09.1995, and Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996.
